Emergency personnel investigate a non-injury, three vehicle accident Nov. 2 at Second and Webber streets. Driver of a third vehicle, not pictured, was cited for careless driving.

The Dalles City

Nov. 2, 11:10 a.m. – Three vehicle, non-injury crash, West 2nd and Webber streets. Driver rear-ended one vehicle, which in turn caused that vehicle to rear end another. Rear driver was cited for careless driving. A report was taken.

Nov. 3, 6:35 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, East 10th and Union streets. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

Nov. 4, 12:48 p.m. – Two vehicle crash, 2700 block of West 6th Street. A report was taken.

Wasco County

Nov. 2, 6:57 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Browns Creek and Chenowith Creek roads. Vehicle was found off the road in a ditch with no driver. The crash is under investigation.

Nov. 4, 6:02 p.m. – Single vehicle versus cow, non-injury crash, Highway 197, milepost 21. A report was taken.

Nov. 4, 9:33 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury crash, Highway 216 in Maupin. Driver swerved to avoid a deer and rolled the vehicle. A report was taken.

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

Nov. 3, 9:36 a.m. – Crew responded to the 3000 block of West 7th Street on a report of a burn complaint. It was determined this was a controlled burn.

Nov. 4, 6:21 p.m. – Crew responded to the 1700 block of Bridge Street on a report of a fire alarm. It was determined the alarm was caused due to a system malfunction.

The agency also responded to three calls for emergency medical services on Nov. 1, nine on Nov. 2, three on Nov. 3, and six on Nov. 4.

The Dalles City

A hit and run report was taken Nov. 1 from West 8th and Vey Way streets.

A burglary report was taken Nov. 1 from the 4100 block of River Road after an employee reported someone broke into the business.

Destiny Eden Cason, 38, Portland, was arrested Nov. 1 in the 3300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of third-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Rebeca Lynn Muro, 37, The Dalles, was arrested Nov. 1 in the 2500 block of West 6th Street on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Alicia Nunley Pullen, 34, The Dalles, was arrested Nov. 1 in the 3300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree theft.

Henry Russell Benson, 47, no listed address, was arrested Nov. 1 in the 1300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of first-degree criminal trespass and two counts of third-degree theft.

A hit and run report was taken Nov. 1 from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street.

A theft report was taken Nov. 1 after staff reported a subject came into the store and stole some items.

David James Sendejas, 26, The Dalles, was arrested Nov. 2 near East 2nd and Washington streets and is accused of post-prison violations and four counts of probation violation.

Police responded to the 3800 block of West 6th Street Nov. 2 after staff reported someone broke into several show homes and company vehicles overnight. A report was taken.

A theft report was taken Nov. 2 from the 200 block of East 10th Street after a victim reported his phone was stolen.

Felicia Becky Mosqueda Leal, 33, The Dalles, was arrested Nov. 2 in the 500 block of East 12th Street and is accused of fourth-degree assault.

A burglary report was taken Nov. 3 from the 100 block of Webber Street after a victim reported someone broke into her storage unit.

Police responded to the 700 block of Pleasant Court Nov. 4 after a caller reported her roommate was intoxicated and fell down some stairs. He was holding a knife and cut himself. A report was taken.

A hit and run report was taken Nov. 5 from the 2100 block of West 6th Street.

A theft report was taken Nov. 5 from the 3200 block of Bret Clodfelter Way after staff reported a driver fled the station without paying for gas.

Wasco County

An agency assist report was taken Nov. 1 from Celilo Park after assisting state police with a traffic stop.

A death report was taken Nov. 1 from the 5400 block of Chenowith Creek Road.

A burglary report was taken Nov. 2 from the 6000 block of Highway 30 after a property owner advised his shed was broken into.

A theft report was taken Nov. 2 from Maupin after a victim reported he was scammed out of money via a phone solicitation.

A theft report was taken Nov. 2 from the 4000 block of Skyline Road after a victim reported some equipment was stolen from his property.

Deputy responded to River Road and Klindt Drive Nov. 2 after a caller reported a vehicle had struck some rocks in the area and was stuck. Male driver was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants. A report was taken.

A burglary report was taken Nov. 3 from the 1900 block of Proctor Road after a victim reported his home was broken into.

Oregon State Police

Thomas Leroy Lee, 56, no listed address, was arrested Nov. 1 during a traffic stop near Celilo Park and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and failure to perform the duties of a driver.

A hazard tow report was taken Nov. 2 on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 85 after a vehicle was left on the shoulder. The vehicle was impounded.

Anna Michelle Berger, 52, Dallesport, Wash., was arrested Nov. 2 during a traffic stop on Highway 197 near milepost 1 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

Moriah Elizabeth Bowman, 24, Sandy, was arrested Nov. 3 during a traffic stop on Highway 197 near milepost 10 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

Donald Eugene Hobbs, 50, Rufus, was arrested Nov. 3 during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, exit 84, and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Bryan Lee Cook, 57, The Dalles, was arrested Nov. 4 during a traffic stop on West 6th and Hostetler streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Gilliam County

Merriah Jo Wernsdorfer, 35, Spokane, Wash., was arrested Nov. 3 during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 157 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

Vernie Lavone Dempsey, 52, The Dalles, was booked and released Nov. 1 on a court commitment for first-degree criminal trespass.

Ricky Eugene Jones, 61, Mosier, was jailed Nov. 1 on a court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Kyle Ryan Arbogast, 31, Pendleton, was jailed Nov. 3 on a court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
