Feb. 13, 8:21 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 3300 block of West 6th Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

Wasco County

Feb. 11, 1:49 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Dry Hollow and Olney roads. Driver lost control of vehicle due to road conditions. The crash was logged.

Oregon State Police

Feb. 11, 2:30 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 80. Driver lost control of the vehicle due to road conditions. The crash was logged.

Feb. 11, 8:34 p.m. – Two vehicle, injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 114. Two semis lost control of their vehicles due to icy conditions and both drivers were transported to the hospital. A report was taken.

Feb. 11, 8:53 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 92. Driver lost control of the vehicle due to road conditions. Driver was injured during the crash but declined medical attention. A report was taken.

Feb. 14, 12:04 a.m. – Single vehicle, injury crash, Highway 97, milepost 43. Driver lost control of the vehicle due to icy conditions. The driver was transported to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. A report was taken.

Feb. 14, 3:58 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 114. Driver lost control of the vehicle due to icy conditions. The crash was logged.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

Feb. 11, 7:11 p.m. – Crew responded to the 1200 block of East 16th Street on a fire alarm activation.

The agency also responded to eight calls for emergency medical services on Feb. 11, seven on Feb. 12, and eight on Feb. 13.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Animal control responded to the 700 block of East Scenic Drive on a report of a dog at large. The dog was found and taken to the local shelter. A report was taken.

A burglary report was taken Feb. 11 from the 800 block of East 15th Street.

A theft report was taken Feb. 11 from the 2200 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported some items were stolen from his vehicle.

A theft report was taken Feb. 11 from the 2600 block of West 6th Street after staff reported some items were stolen from the store.

A theft report was taken Feb. 11 from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street after staff reported a male subject fled with unpaid merchandise.

Brian Roy Snyder, 49, Aurora, was arrested Feb. 11 near West 6th and Chenowith Loop streets and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of heroin, and post-prison violations.

Police responded to the 1700 block of West 6th Street Feb. 12 after staff reported a male subject was attempting to chop a tree down on city property. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

Daryl Dean Coleman, 37, no listed address, was arrested Feb. 12 near West 8th and Case streets and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and two counts of probation violation.

A burglary report was taken Feb. 12 from the 700 block of West 8th Street.

Kyle Brian Long, 31, Wasco, was arrested Feb. 12 near West 6th and Division streets and is accused of parole violation.

A hit and run report was taken Feb. 13 from Lone Pine Drive after a sign was knocked down.

A theft of services report was taken Feb. 13 from the 1700 block of West 6th Street after staff reported a customer came into the restaurant and left before paying for her meal. The incident is under investigation.

A hit and run report was taken Feb. 13 from East 4th and Washington streets.

A theft report was taken Feb. 13 from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after a store manager reported a suspect fled with unpaid merchandise earlier in the week.

A male driver was cited and released for driving while suspended during a traffic stop Feb. 13 near West 7th and Myrtle streets.

A burglary report was taken Feb. 13 from West 10th and Walnut streets after county personnel reported someone entered a storage compound and stole some items.

Police responded to a residence in The Dalles Feb. 13 after a caller reported his juvenile daughter ingested bleach in an attempt to harm herself. Subject was taken to the hospital for an evaluation and a report was taken.

Albert Chico Cervantes, 30, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 13 near West 10th and Mt. Hood streets and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to the 4500 block of Orchard Road Feb. 13 on a report of a screaming female. Contact was made with a female subject who advised a friend and her boyfriend were involved in a verbal argument. Both were counseled on their conduct and separated for the evening.

Oregon State Police

Albert David Lucero, 29, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 12 during a traffic stop near West 6th and Cherry Heights streets and is accused of driving while suspended.

A hazard tow report was taken Feb. 12 from Highway 197 southbound, milepost 1, after a vehicle was left abandoned on the shoulder of the road.

A hit and run report was taken Feb. 13 from Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 109, after a driver reported another semi struck his vehicle, forcing him to hit construction barrels, and sped away. The incident is under investigation.

Regional Jail

Glenn Louis McKenzie, 34, Boise, Idaho, was jailed Feb. 11 on a local warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Seth Carl Lodine, 41, Belgrade, Montana, was jailed Feb. 11 on a court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Kevin Allen Hightower, 28, Hermiston, was transported and jailed Feb. 13 after being arrested on a local warrant for two counts of probation violation.

Parole & Probation

Randy Sherman Cumiford, 44, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 11 in the community corrections office and is accused of five counts of post-prison violations.
