Feb. 7, 11:40 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1200 block of West 6th Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

Feb. 8, 5:21 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, West 2nd and Hostetler streets. Driver lost control of the vehicle due to road conditions and crashed into a tree. A report was taken.

Feb. 8, 4:59 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1200 block of West 6th Street. A report was taken.

Feb. 9, 11:04 a.m. – Single vehicle, injury crash, 2400 block of West 10th Street. A report was taken.

Feb. 9, 1:26 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 900 block of Union Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

Feb. 10, 12:52 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, West 7th and Hostetler streets. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

Feb. 9, 9:50 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, West 2nd and Webber streets. Deputy assisted with the exchange of information. A report was taken.

Feb. 9, 5:02 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Highway 197 northbound, milepost 3. Driver lost control of the vehicle due to icy road conditions. The crash was logged.

Feb. 9, 2:12 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 149. Driver lost control of the vehicle due to road conditions. The crash was logged.

Feb. 9, 3:29 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 138. Driver lost control of the vehicle due to road conditions. The crash was logged.

Feb. 9, 3:48 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Highway 97 southbound, milepost 35. Driver lost control of the vehicle due to road conditions. The crash was logged.

Feb. 10, 4:39 p.m. – Crew responded to East 12th Street on electrical problem.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Abben Holt Boorman, 25, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 7 in the 400 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of probation violation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

A stolen vehicle report was taken Feb. 7 from the 2800 block of West 7th Street.

Animal control responded to the In-Lieu site Feb. 7 on a report of two dogs at large. One dog was located and lodged at the local shelter. A report was taken.

Police responded to the 2600 block of West 6th Street Feb. 7 on a report of a denial of a weapons purchase. A report was taken.

James Daniel Perez Hammond, 24, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 7 in the 2800 block of West 7th Street and is accused of fourth-degree assault.

Gerardo Alvarez, 35, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 8 in the 1100 block of Eric Court and is accused of menacing and fourth-degree assault.

A theft report was taken Feb. 8 from the 2400 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported a vehicle that was parked for service was broken into overnight and had some items stolen from within.

A burglary report was taken Feb. 8 from the 300 block of East 8th Place.

A theft report was taken Feb. 8 from the 1200 block of East 8th Street after a victim reported some items were stolen off his property.

A criminal mischief report was taken Feb. 8 from the 300 block of East 7th Street after a victim reported her vehicle was damaged.

Police responded to the 2700 block of West 7th Street Feb. 8 on a report of a domestic dispute. Contact was made with a mother who advised she was having a verbal argument with her son. The son was gone prior to arrival. A report was taken.
