Agenda: Reports and routine business including report on apparatus logo and Urban Renewal and Enterprise Zone reports; information on final draft of Board Policy Manual for consideration and adoption; surplus items; executive session in accordance with ORS 192.660(2)(d) to deliberate with persons designated to carry on labor negotiations.
