To the editor:

Just watched the State of the Union Address: lots about boogymen at the border but not one single word about the environment, threats from climate change, or what to do about it.

Also, more breaking news: Greg Walden finally admits that climate change is real!  Whoa!  Suggests more study (along with increased timber harvest.) Zzzzzzz.

Comforting? Try sleeping through what’s becoming the REAL national emergency —  local and global effects of climate change.
